Business Start-Up & Support
Business Support & Development was established in 1987 to provide business start up and support advice to local entrepreneurs. We have a long and successful history in this area which continues to grow.
We can help in a number of ways.
Barclays Business Seminars
We work in association with Barclays, to provide regular business seminars to help those wishing to explore self-employment.
Enterprise Clubs are run in association with local Jobcentre + offices to provide business start up advice and general self-employment support tailored to people currently experiencing unemployment.
Business Support & Development operate several government funded schemes including the Work Programme (specialist) and the New Enterprise Allowance which provides specialist business mentor support for people of long term unemployment wishing to explore self-employment as an option.
